My Booking Policy

Booking & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session, date, and time. This deposit goes toward your final balance. Without the deposit, your appointment is not confirmed.

Payments
Payments are processed through my invoicing system, Wave. A deposit invoice will be sent after our booking call to secure your date. A second invoice for the remaining balance will follow, with final payment due on or before the session date. For larger wedding packages, payment plans are available upon request.

Rescheduling & Cancelation
Life happens and there are things outside our control. I get that. You can reschedule your session within 48 hours without penalty. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit 50% of the cost of the shoot.

Bad Weather & Location Changes
If weather conditions are unsuitable, I’ll work with you to reschedule or we can pivot to an alternate location. If it’s light wind or a bit of drizzle, we’ll roll with it.
